The space can be organized to fit your needs and we’re always available to help with additional event inspiration, decor design/installation, and any floral needs you may have! Denizen proudly brews and serves Harden Coffee daily. Would you like us to provide a coffee bar for you & your guests? Iced & Hot coffee available and includes cream. sugar, honey, & cinnamon. Hot Coffee - Light & Dark Roast Available - $19/server - serves 10-12 Iced Coffee - Ice provided - $20/10 servings

DENIZEN EVENT POLICIES

By booking the event space at Denizen, you agree to the following rules & policies.

  • Deposit paid to hold date of event is non-refundable.

  • Notice of cancellation of event must be given at least one week prior to event.

  • Limited storage is available upon request. Storage fees will be applied to any items left overnight or beyond time of event. Note: It is not the responsibility of Denizen to coordinate pick-ups or deliveries of food, decor, etc.

  • Drug use or smoking of any kind is not tolerated on premises or within 25 feet of the building including loitering or congregating outside building at any time during the event.

  • Renter and guests shall use the premises in a considerate manner at all times. Disparaging remarks or any type of physical violence will not be tolerated and will be cause for immediate expulsion.

  • We strive to make every event here a special and welcome experience, therefore every effort will be made to allow renter to prepare the space and decorate as desired. However, no nails, screws, staples or penetrating items are to be used on our walls or floors. Glitter or foil (non-paper) confetti is not allowed on site. Only low tack tape is allowed on our floors and walls. Any damage will be charged after your event.
